At the June 6, 2016 City Council meeting, the council approved a change to the billing system procedure effective October 2016. The September utility reading will be extended to the end of the month rather than the 15th. This bill will include approximately 45 days of consumption - August 15th thru Sept 30th. Bills will then be read each month at the end of the month. Bills will be mailed around the 1st or 2nd of the month and due dates will stay the same - due at the close of business on the 15th. The bill you receive in the mail will have a different look and be mailed from our Software provider. Be on the lookout for the new envelope and bill. Please read our article in the August Newsletter for more information on the billing cycle change.
