Sewer Backups
Sewer backups are
both destructive and unpleasant. Just like a water service line, the
property owner is responsible for the service line from the point where it
connects to the city sewer main. The property owner is responsible for
repairs of the service line. Most sewer backups occur from items being sent
down the line that cause blockage. These items include
but are not limited to:
diapers, grease rags, clothing, small containers, etc.
