Use:
Commercial Rate for the “For Profit Business”: Any individual or
business using the Compost Site as a part of any for-hire activity can rent
an access key from the City for an annual fee of $100.00 plus a key deposit
of $20.00. This allows the
individual or business 24-hour access to the Compose Site for one full
year. The individual or business will sign a release and duty holding the
City of Alma harmless and guaranteeing that the rules and regulations will
be followed. Any breach of this agreement will allow the City of Alma to
revoke this privilege.
After Hours
Access:
Access to site when closed: Any resident of the City of Alma can gain
access to the Compost Site when closed. They must contact the City Clerk’s
office to check out a key. At this time, they will sign a “Key Release
Form” which allows them a 24-hour access period and will pay a $5.00 access
fee plus a $20.00 refundable key deposit. When key is returned, both the City of Alma and the person who checked
out the key will sign stating that the key has been returned and the City
will return the deposit. Original will
stay with the City and copy will go to the resident.
