Use:
Commercial Rate for the “For Profit Business”: Any individual or
business using the Compost Sight as a part of any for hire activity can rent
an access key from the City for an annual fee of $100.00. This allows this
individual or business 24-hour access to the Compose Sight for one full
year. This individual or business will sign a release and duty holding the
City of Alma harmless and guaranteeing that the rules and regulations will
be followed. Any breach of this agreement will allow the City of Alma to
revoke this privilege.
After Hours
Access:
Access to sight when closed: Any resident of the City of Alma can gain
access to the Compost Sight when closed. They must contact the City Clerk’s
office to check out a key. At this time, they will sign a “Key Release
Form” which allows them a 24-hour access period and will pay a $5.00 access
fee. When key is returned both the City of Alma and the person who checked
out the key will sign stating that the key has been returned. Original will
stay with the City and copy will go to the resident
