These are Microsoft Word files and Adobe pdf files.  If you do not have Microsoft Word loaded you can download the reader from Microsoft at no charge. An Adobe file can be read with the use of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This can be downloaded from Adobe's web site at no charge.
